• Validation platforms,

• Installation services,
• Training, 1st and 2nd level training and technical support.

Should an Certified Reseller Partner not wish to undertake the technical support of our products, this should be outsourced to an Service Partner partner.

Certified Reseller Partner program is composed of a range of services conceived to assist your teams in pre-sales, sales, installation and support of our range of products. We assure the training of our partners’ sales and technical teams, who are granted access to presentations, sales and technical documents, guides and price lists.

EfficientIP provides a range of resources allowing them to provide efficient technical support; technical databases, distribution lists, support forums, ticket management and phone assistance.
