Step 1: Deal Registration and opening meeting

You can submit this form once you have raised interest with your customers, then initiated an introduction call/ meeting with EfficientIP, the customer and yourselves. Upon completion of the introduction meeting and this form approved, Stage 1 is completed.

Upon completion of the form, the EfficientIP Channel and Sales team will evaluate the Deal Registration request and provide Approval/Denial back to the Partner/Reseller within 5 business days.*

 

Step 2: Technical Evaluation/ POC

Once Step 1 has been completed and approved by EfficientIP team and the Partner/ Resellers, the client wishes to proceed to a technical qualification. Together with EfficientIP, the Partner will move for POC and agree end goals/results with client. During POC stage, regular contact is maintained between all parties. Once the POC has run the agreed time, a final meeting is booked, and success is discussed/acknowledged with customer. This step is completed once technical qualification is completed and agreed results met with the customer.

The EfficientIP Channel and Sales team will evaluate the POC request, received through the completion of the form and provide Approval/Denial back to the Partner/Reseller within 5 business days.*

 

Step 3: Deal Closed

Once Step 1 and 2 have been completed and approved by EfficientIP team and the Partner/ Resellers, the client wishes to proceed to a formal order. This step is completed once the client has issued a PO number and the invoiced is sent.

At minimum Step 1 approval is mandatory to have this step completed. The EfficientIP Channel and Sales team will evaluate the request and provide Approval/Denial back to the Partner/Reseller within 5 business days.*

*To qualify, Partners and Resellers must submit a request that meets the form criteria for deals with monetary value above USD25,000. Approved form submissions shall be valid for a term of 3 months from the date approved and may be extended to a term not to exceed 6 months. After 6 months, the Partner/Reseller is required to submit a new form. All Steps cannot be submitted independently for validation, except for Step 2 not considered mandatory to be completed in order to fully validate Step 3. Program registration is mandatory in order to participate to this incentive.
