Chief Executive Officer (also sits on Board of Directors)
Norman Girard is responsible for leading the management, strategic direction and execution of the EfficientIP vision. Prior to EfficientIP, Norman spent 13 years as VP and General Manager for Continental Europe for Varonis (VRNS), a leader in data security, managing a team of 150+ employees in Europe. Previously, he was the Sales Director and GM for EMEA of Blue Lane Technologies (acquired by VMWare).
Norman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in networking and communications and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Paris Jussieu.
Chief Technology Officer (also sits on Board of Directors)
Jean-Yves Bisiaux is CTO and co-founder of EfficientIP. In this role, Jean-Yves is responsible for defining the company’s vision and driving its execution by the engineering team as well as overseeing operations and productivity of the service delivery and support business units. Before EfficientIP, Jean-Yves founded NESS, a company that specialized in network monitoring.
Jean-Yves holds a Master in Computer Science and Advanced Technologies from EPITA.
Chief Software Engineering Officer
Sylvain Galliano is Chief Software Engineering Officer and co-founder of EfficientIP. In this role, Sylvain is responsible for driving the technology vision, designing the software architecture, and leading the innovation department to deliver disruptive technologies resulting in impactful and differentiated value-added products.
Sylvain holds a Master in Computer Science and Advanced Technologies from EPITA.
Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer (also sits on Board of Directors)
Ronan joined EfficientIP in 2004 to transform the company into a DDI software vendor, building the go-to-market strategy and leading the sales operations. In his current role, he holds responsibility for the global marketing activities and strategic alliances. Before EfficientIP, he worked at Visionwave as Regional VP of Sales and Business Unit Director at Orange.
Ronan holds a Master of Science in nuclear physics and Master of Business Administration from University of Paris VII and VI.
Chief Financial Officer
Jerome joined EfficientIP in 2020 to leverage his knowledge of financial markets to drive global expansion and profitability. He leads the company’s finance and accounting operations to help drive global expansions, increased service offerings aligned with demand, and greater overall financial health. Prior to joining EfficientIP, Jermone served as CFO of Intersec.
Jerome is a graduate of Skema Business School Lille, where he studied business adminstration and finance.

Thierry Drilhon has 35 years of experience in the technology, digital and innovation sphere, acquired as an executive of world class and mid-sized, private equity-owned companies. He was previously appointed as Managing Director for Microsoft in France. Thierry then joined Cisco Systems as CEO France, later becoming President EMEA, before integrating the World Executive Committee as Senior Vice-President, based in Paris and San Francisco. After he joined Euro Media Group in Paris as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, transforming the family company into a European media leader.
As Senior Advisor for Europe at Francisco Partners (2018), a US private equity fund specializing in Technology and Healthcare, Thierry is also a member of the Board of Directors at Beijaflore (2002) and Synapscore (2018). He is a member of the Strategic Committees of Yotta Capital (2019) and the renowned European think tank IDATE DigiWorld (2019). In 2020, Thierry joined the Board of Directors of Claranet (UK) as a Non-Executive Director representing Tikehau Capital. Thierry is also President of the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Awarded knight in the Ordre National du Mérite by President Jacques Chirac, he is a graduate of EAD Paris and Stanford University in the United States.
Cecile Ferreboeuf Clayes
Cécile Ferreboeuf Clayes currently serves as Principal Engineer at Microsoft in the Azure Vanguard Program, helping to digitally transform some of the largest Azure customers’ critical workloads, accelerate product fundamentals, drive platform innovation, and create mutual competitive advantage. Previously at Microsoft, Cécile was Director of Business Development. In this role, she specialized in major industrial sectors including IoT, manufacturing and autonomous vehicles. Before joining Microsoft, Cécile spent 10 years at Alcatel-Lucent and Hewlett Packard (HP) as an executive account manager.
Cécile holds a Master of Science in Telecommunication from the Télécom Paris.
Board Member & Partner at Jolt Capital
A Partner at Jolt Capital, Guillaume is also on the Boards of both Softonic and Vectaury. Guillaume has extensive investment, advisory and operational experience throughout Europe and the USA. Prior to Jolt Capital, Guillaume was Associate Director at A Plus Finance, responsible for technology and growth transactions where he oversaw and executed numerous investments and exits. Preceding this, Guillaume was Managing Partner of Seenago, a strategic and financial advisory boutique specifically handling assignments relating to growth financing and restructuring.
Guillaume is a graduate of the University of Paris Descartes with a major in Finance and Accounting, and of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion where he gained his Master in Finance.
Board Member & Managing Partner at TempoCap
Olav Ostin is Managing Partner of TempoCap and has been active in the venture capital industry for the past 20 years. In 2006, Olav co-founded TempoCap which was part of the Draper Venture Network from 2012 to 2016. Since its formation, TempoCap has acquired 11 portfolios of assets and closed multiple single assets transactions. Between 2000 and 2004, Olav was a Managing Director of venture capital firm ETF Group and previously spent 6 years in investment banking at Enskilda Securities.
Olav was educated at EM Lyon, France.
Board Member & Partner at Jolt Capital
Pierre Garnier has over 30 years of operational and C-suite experience across large corporations and scale-ups, in sectors such as semiconductors, hardware, software, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining Jolt Capital, Pierre was President of e2v-semiconductor, a leader in the semiconductor market for aerospace and defence. Preceding this, Pierre held various other executive roles including COO of Inside Secure (EUR: INSD), VP & General Manager of the Wireless BaseBand Business Unit at Texas Instruments (TI), CEO at Everbee Networks, and General Manager of the Broadband Chipset Business Unit at Alcatel Microelectronics (now part of ST-Microelectronics).
Pierre holds an Engineering degree from École Supérieure d’Électricité (Supélec), and a Master of Solid State Physics from UPMC (Pierre and Marie Curie University).
